can contribute to fulfilling our mission:

strengthening underserved North Carolina communities by providing poverty-relief resources, educational workshops, peer support, community outreach, and personal-development opportunities.

Consider this before joining us:

Enthused to spread kindness and empathy. We appreciate anyone willing to show up for our community.
Our community is made up of many types of people.
Age, race, abilities, etc., will not determine whether you can contribute, but rather how you can lend your voice and efforts to B.E.E. A Liberator and our mission.
Our organization is powered by the direct perspectives of the people who live in our community. There is no specific education or [work] experience necessary to work with us.
While the board finalizes the organization’s decision, you can propose ideas, vote, help us reach more people, start initiatives and programs, and interact with our community.
While we welcome all, we do require each person to fill out an application! For general members, this means telling us about you! The basics. This opportunity is not based on merit, and you will be granted membership as long as you participate and pay your annual dues.
